Soundwave sells out all five cities
Well, that’s it folks! Soundwave 2013 is officially sold out. As of earlier today, the last tickets to the Perth leg were snapped up, making for a truly record breaking and astounding attendance at Soundwave 2013. This sell out of course adds to Adelaide’s last week and the expected sell outs down the East Coast soon after tickets initially went on sale. To be fair, considering the astounding lineup next year’s festival has to offer, it’s not terribly surprising to anyone.
Of course Soundwave is well aware ticket demand is high for every show across the country, so in an unprecedented bid to do right by the true fan, organisers are desperately hunting down scalpers and the greedy, not only to cancel their tickets, but make them available to those in need.
That’s not all though, as organizers are digging deep and reallocating Guest, Media and Complimentary tickets to put back on sale in what will certainly be the final allocation of tickets for any of the shows.
As a result of such, there will be a small allocation of tickets made available for Sydney, Adelaide and Perth, going on sale at 8:00am (local time) September 21st. Watch this space for more info as it comes to hand.
