Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever announce October 2022 Australian tour
After a recent string of gigs promoting their sun-splashed 2020 release Sideways to New Italy, Melbourne five-piece band Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever are once again ready to take the stage - this time with their Endless Rooms Tour, slated for October 2022. Joining the tour are special guests and Melbourne locals, Floodlights on all shows and Maple Glider (solo) - on all shows exc. WA.
The band is eager to introduce their latest music from their new album Endless Rooms to familiar crowds in Fremantle, Melbourne, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Sydney, plus the addition of two regional shows in Torquay and Margaret River.
All existing ticketholders for the Freo.Social, Fremantle show, originally scheduled on Friday 18 March 2022 (which was postponed due to WA border restrictions at the time), remain valid for the newly announced date of Friday 14th October 2022. All ticketholders will be notified of rescheduled information via the official ticketing agency and need not act. You’re encourage to #keepyourtickets. Patrons unable to attend the new show date may obtain a full refund via submitting to the official ticketing agency prior to Friday 3 June.
Endless Rooms is Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever’s third studio album and the very first they have self-produced in partnership with co-producer Matt Duffy. It follows the success of their debut studio album Hope Downs (2018), which was nominated for the 2018 Australian Music Prize as well as Best Independent Album at the 2019 AIR Awards, and Sideways to New Italy (2020), which garnered them nominations for Best Album and Best Band at the 2020 Music Victoria Awards.
