The Pretty Littles announce Pride tour, release new video
Rejoice, slackers! Melbourne's laconic yet catchy indie rock dudes The Pretty Littles are packing the van with craft beer and hitting the road to launch their latest ditty, Pride. Plus, they've manufactured a characteristically cheeky video for their tune. And let's face it, Pride is one doozy of a garage rock ditty; warm and fuzzy, self deprecating and imminently singalongable.
The video for Pride is a charming DIY affair, reminiscent of a classic 90's emo rock video. The lofi vibe is totally in-line with the riff-raff singalong qualities of the tune. Exactly the kind of thing you want to vague out to watching RAGE real late one Saturday night...
There's a good reason these lads scooped up such varied and excellent praise at Bigsound Live 2015. They've played and partied hard in basements and dive bars, living rooms and Corner Hotels. The band will be getting young folks all excited and sweaty in rooms down the east coast throughout May and June.
Come to these shows and clap along, sway side to side, have a pash, drink a beer. Just do what feels good. These dudes are on the up and up. We hear there's an LP comin' soon.
