Passenger set to return to Australia for shows in December

Mike Rosenberg, aka Passenger, has just announced his return to his adopted homeland for a run of capital city dates in December 2013, culminating what has been a ground
breaking year for the acoustic folk troubadour which included sold out tours in the UK, Europe and USA, 1.5 million single sales, 350,000 album sales so far and of course a
whole lot of busking.
From years dedicated to busking the streets of wide-flung towns and cities across the globe, to sudden worldwide recognition and a certified international hit, it’s certainly been a wild and wonderful trip of late for Passenger.
The current album, All The Little Lights, started its extraordinary journey on Australian shores in February, 2012 and has since travelled around the globe spawning number 1 singles in thirteen countries with the fragile, breakthrough single, Let Her Go, and numerous Top 10 album chart positions across Europe including Mike's home country of the UK.
In early February 2013 - sparked by a series of arena shows with his good friend Ed Sheeran and Mike's largest Australian headline shows to date - Let Her Go achieved 5 weeks at No 1 on the Australian ARIA Singles Chart and is currently 4 x platinum with the album also now achieving platinum status for the first time anywhere in the world.
It has been an incredible rise thus far and for the final tour from this album it seems very fitting to return full circle and finish on Australian soil, where it all started almost 2 years ago.
