The Owls unveil new track Ocean and announce new dates
After sneering gritty drive of Krakow heralded their long-awaited return, The Owls release the second cut from their forthcoming Own the Streets EP, Ocean. The track is another reminder of how the sound of The Owls has grown during their absence, maturing into a complex beast of lurking contrast and surfacing harmonies.
With tricky tempo shifts and a gutsy blues-driven core, Ocean swells and ebbs like its namesake. Darkly-lit vocals and ticking drums flow together with immaculate riffs, pulling you into the depths of something unpredictable and utterly infectious.
