Health Laneway sideshows

Already announced to appear at Laneway 2016, it can now be revealed that HEALTH will play two special shows in Sydney and Melbourne. Fresh from dominating shows in the States and across Europe, HEALTH are bringing their latest effort, DEATH MAGIC to crowds down south. With contagious energy and razor sharp live performances, the LA four-piece are sure to provide excessive moshing and hair flailing for Australian fans.
HEALTH’s trademark ability to merge and incorporate multiple genres into their music is seen once again in their latest album, DEATH MAGIC, fusing elements of hardcore punk, grind-core, dup-step to pop and disco seamlessly. Easy listening for fans of industrial disco pop that would be excited by the often ear-splitting, heavy handed serving of mechanical melodies.
Jake Duzsik’s vocals bring a calmness through the teeth-gnashing, belting tribal drums and obtuse synth bombardments with effervescent softness. The resulting aural chaos translated to a live format is definitely is something definitely to be witnessed. There’s a reason HEALTH gigs are so hyped worldwide!
