Falls and Southbound Festivals slowly reveal lineup
It may well be the middle of winter, but the summer music festival season just started to heat up with the announcement of a handful of the bands to invited to ring in the New Year at the 2012/2013 Falls and Southbound Festivals. This year proves to be a special occasion for the Falls Festival, with punters helping to celebrate 20 years in Lorne and 10 years in Marion Bay.
Both festivals traditionally sell out, so don't waste any time in purchasing tickets. To be at The Falls Music & Arts Festival this year, enter the ticket ballot which is now open via the official Falls Festival website. Make sure to get in before it closes at midnight on Thursday 2nd of August.

Seven new artists have just been added to the lineup. Joining the New Year's party are Bombay Bicycle Club, First Aid Kit, Hilltop Hoods, Hot Chip, Maxïmo Park, Millions and Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs.
