Earth Caller announce debut album Degenerate
Earth Caller’s debut album Degenerate has arrived and with it a sharp injection to the local hardcore scene of fresh new blood. Squeezing energy from the rich traditions and history of metal and hardcore, it carries a modern swagger that is all Earth Caller’s own, packing walloping sonic uppercuts, 10 tonne heavy breakdowns and surprising melodic hooks that combine create a debut album that is sure to smash down the walls and raise up fists.
Degenerate is set for release Frday 1st May. It was produced by Shane Frisby (The Ghost Inside, Deez Nuts, Hand of Mercy) mixed by Peter Rutcho (Falling In Reverse, The Ghost Inside) and features guest appearances from Andrew Neufeld (Comeback Kid), Dre Faivre (Hellions), and Matthew Wright (The Getaway Plan).
Degenerate is available to pre-order via Pledge Music with exclusive t-shirt packs, signed merch, behind the scenes access, and motivational speeches from frontman Josh Collard all available.
Earth Caller have also just signed with powerhouse agent New World Artists (Thy Art Is Murder, Northlane, Allday) and management firm teamtrick (Allday, Forrester Savell, Century Media).
Earth Caller have a sound and presence that has forced people to take notice - even without a full-length under their belt, the band have already enjoyed support from triple j and Channel V whilst clocking up impressive hits on Youtube for their track Your Enemy. Named by Blunt Magazine as a Band To Watch in 2015, Earth Caller quickly landed supports with Comeback Kid and In Hearts Wake and their devastating live show recently tore apart Unify Gathering, alongside the big guns of the Australian heavy music scene.
To launch their debut, Earth Caller are appearing at Shorefest alongside Buried in Verona in Sydney, and then joining Deez Nuts, Antagonist A.D and Relentless on the national The Word Is Bond tour.
