Download Festival Australia is back in 2020!
It's been radio silence from Download Australia since the festival's run through Melbourne and Sydney waaay back in March this year. Back in 2018, it took the festival just FOUR days to announce its 2019 return (and expansion). The lack of information after the 2019 shows lead to a multitude of rumours regarding the festival's future, with many thinking no news was bad news.
But today, all was put to rest. The dog has spoken!
Gather your heavy music mates and get ready... Download will return to Melbourne (at the new home, Melbourne Showgrounds) and Sydney (back to Parramatta Park) in 2020!
Stay tuned, as the first lineup is announced on Wednesday 6th November!
