The Cure announce Australian headline shows
Five years since their last Australian appearance, The Cure will make a very welcome return to Australian shores for an arena tour on top of their performance at Splendour in the Grass.
Renowned for their sublime two-hour-plus shows, The Cure will play headline arena sets in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth this July, marking the band’s first Australian tour since August 2007.
The Cure are currently deep in production rehearsals and set to embark on an extensive run of US dates and their first major European tour since 2008.
The Cure Tour 2016 will present Robert Smith (voice/guitar), Simon Gallup (bass), Jason Cooper (drums), Roger O'Donnell (keys) and Reeves Gabrels (guitar) as they explore 37 years of Cure songs, mixing hits, rarities, favourites and as yet unreleased tracks in a brand new stage production that promises to be one of the 'must see' shows of the year!
