The Clouds release new EP, announce Sydney show

Picture
The Clouds were among the leading lights of the Australian indie scene in the early to mid-nineties, fronted by the dual vocals of Jodi Phillis and Patricia Young.

With three Top 50 Albums - including the classic Penny Century (going Gold) - The Clouds were well loved by critics and their huge fan base.  They reformed briefly in 2014 to play a national tour.

The Clouds return in 2017 with a new single Mabel's Bookshop.  This will be the first new material in 20 years and is taken from the forthcoming EP Zaffre out on the 14th February 2017, available as a digital download.

To celebrate, the Clouds will perform a one-off launch show at Sydney’s Newtown Social Club.  This is their first headline show in Sydney for three years.  it will be a very special night of classic songs plus new material and a few surprises.

The Clouds are also playing nationally on the Day on The Green tour with Blondie and Cyndi Lauper in April.

The Clouds Zaffre EP launch show:
